1. Agreement

By accessing veylverse.digital or using ALEETRIX services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

ALEETRIX provides AI automation, marketing, web, and growth-system services described on our /services and /pricing pages. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for a project are confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, or dashboard subscription).

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise.
Payments made via EasyPaisa, NayaPay, Raast, Meezan, or other listed methods require valid proof of transfer and a verified WhatsApp number.
Subscriptions activate only after admin approval of your payment proof.
Late or disputed payments may pause active services.

5. Refunds

Because services begin immediately after approval, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. Refund requests for unstarted work are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

6. Client responsibilities

Provide timely content, access, and feedback needed to deliver the work.
Ensure you own or have rights to any material you supply to us.
Comply with laws and platform policies (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.).

7. Intellectual property

Final deliverables become yours upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, source components, frameworks, and pre-existing IP remain owned by ALEETRIX and are licensed to you for use with the delivered project.

8. AI-generated output

Content produced with AI Copilot tools should be reviewed for accuracy, tone, and compliance before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services — no illegal activity, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, harmful content, or attempts to breach security.

10. Third-party services

Our services integrate with third parties (hosting, payments, Google, WhatsApp, etc.). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

11. Warranty & liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALEETRIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the prior 3 months for the affected service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or subscription in writing. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Haripur / Islamabad.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
